Jeff is a partner and principal with over three decades of experience across a broad range of project types including veterinary hospitals, dental clinics, health care clinics, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, estate   wineries, retail centers, custom residences, large scale warehouse facilities, general offices, and retail auto facilities.

 

Jeff leads our animal health care design teams having completed more than 250 large and small animal veterinary hospitals, boarding & day care centers, emergency - specialty centers,  rehabilitation facilities, and animal shelters.

Jeff' is graduate of the Washington State University School of Architecture and studied abroad in London before beginning his career here at AWI as an intern over thirty-four years ago. His practice experience cuts across a broad range of project types including animal health care facilities, dental clinics, human health care clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, estate wineries, retail centers, single & multi-family residential facilities, warehouse facilities, corporate offices, and retail auto sales & repair facilities.

 

In addition to his general management, marketing, and risk management responsibilities for AWI, Jeff also directs our Design & Construction Management teams within the animal health care and dental clinic fields.

Jeff has participated as a guest lecturer at Washington State University School of Veterinary Medicine, and continues to participate as a panelist in Washington & Oregon for continuing education accredited workshops directed towards veterinarians who are considering the development of new, or the purchase of existing facilities.

Within the animal healthcare field alone Jeff has led design teams in the completion of more than 300 large and small animal veterinary hospitals, boarding & day care centers, emergency - specialty centers,  rehabilitation facilities, and animal shelters throughout the western the united states and Texas.

When not in the office Jeff still enjoys travelling but can usually be found in the garage restoring classic and vintage automobiles and motorcycles, or honing his fly fishing skills on one of the Pacific Northwest's many picturesque rivers. .   .
